About Our Mobile Unit
Beginning Tuesday, September 16th, our mobile unit will be out in the community. Spero Medical’s mobile unit covers the West Sacramento and Davis areas.
Our mobile unit is open from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays in both locations. We also plan to cover a Woodland location, though days and times will be determined.
We offer medical visits and our Earn While You Learn curriculum. Additionally, we will have diapers and other material items for those who need them. This is our way of bringing ourselves to our clients who do not have any means of transportation.
Our Mobile Unit Services
We are here to serve you. Our mobile unit offers pregnancy services to help confirm your pregnancy details. We also provide additional medical and support services.
Our mobile services include:
- Pregnancy Tests: Confirm a potential pregnancy with a medically verified pregnancy test. This service will determine whether you need an obstetrical ultrasound.
- Ultrasounds: Our early gestational ultrasounds confirm vital information, including your pregnancy’s viability (whether it is progressing and has a heartbeat), gestational age (how far along you are), and location.
- STD/STI Testing and Treatment: Protect your sexual health today. We offer this treatment to all interested women at no cost.
- Additional Well-Woman Care: We provide other well-woman services to safeguard your reproductive health. Please contact us to learn more.
- “Mommy Bucks Earn While You Learn”: On our mobile unit, you can take advantage of our web-based parenting curriculum and earn Mommy Bucks to “purchase” material items.
- Material Aid: For our curriculum clients, we have diapers, wipes, formula, and more on board. Emergency items are also available in limited quantities.
